I. General provisions<\/strong><\/p>

  1. The Privacy Policy specifies how Users’ personal data necessary for the provision of services electronically through the website: https:\/\/smt.edu.pl\/ (hereinafter: the Website) are collected, processed and stored.<\/li>
  2. The Website collects only personal data necessary for the provision and development of the services offered therein.<\/li>
  3. Personal data collected through the Service is processed in accordance with the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council (EU) 2016\/679 of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95\/46\/EC (General Data Protection Regulation, hereinafter: RODO) and the Law on Personal Data Protection of May 10, 2018.<\/li><\/ol>

    II. Data controller<\/strong><\/p>

    III. Purpose of personal data collection<\/strong><\/p>

    1. Personal data is used for:<\/li><\/ol>
      • communication with the User (contact form, etc.)<\/li>
      • providing community services,<\/li>
      • promotion of the Administrator’s offer,<\/li>
      • marketing, remarketing, affiliation,<\/li>
      • personalization of the Service for Users,<\/li>
      • analytical and statistical activities,<\/li>
      • establishing and asserting claims or defending against them.<\/li><\/ul>
        1. Providing data is voluntary, but necessary to conclude a contract or use other functionalities of the Service.<\/li><\/ol>

          IV. Type of personal data processed<\/strong><\/p>

          The Administrator may process the User’s personal data: first and last name, e-mail address, telephone number,<\/p>

          V. Period of personal data processing<\/strong><\/p>

          Users’ personal data will be processed for a period of time:<\/p>

          • when the basis of data processing is the performance of a contract – until the statute of limitations for claims after its performance,<\/li>
          • when the basis of data processing is consent – until its revocation, and after revocation of consent until the statute of limitations on claims.<\/li><\/ul>

            In both cases, the statute of limitations is 6 years, and for claims for periodic benefits and claims for the conduct of business – 3 years (unless a special provision provides otherwise).<\/p>

            VI. Sharing of personal data<\/strong><\/p>

            1. Users’ personal data may be transferred to: entities affiliated with the Administrator, its subcontractors, entities cooperating with the Administrator, e.g. companies handling e-payments, companies providing courier\/postal services, law firms.<\/li>
            2. Users’ personal data will not be transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA).<\/li><\/ol>

              VII. Users’ Rights<\/strong><\/p>

              1. The User of the Website has the right to: access to the content of their personal data, rectification, deletion, restriction of processing, portability, object to processing, withdrawal of consent at any time (which does not affect the legality of processing performed on the basis of consent before its withdrawal).<\/li>
              2. Notification of the User’s claim of entitlement under the listed rights should be sent to kontakt@smt.edu.pl<\/li>
              3. The Administrator shall comply or refuse to comply with the request immediately – within a maximum of one month of receipt.<\/li>
              4. The User has the right to file a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection if he\/she considers that the processing violates his\/her rights and freedoms (RODO).<\/li><\/ol>

                VIII. Cookies<\/strong><\/p>

                1. The Website collects information through cookies – session cookies, permanent cookies and third-party cookies.<\/li>
                2. The collection of cookies supports the correct provision of services on the Website and serves statistical purposes.<\/li>
                3. The user can specify the extent of access of cookies to his\/her device in the browser settings.<\/li>
                4. Automated decision-making and profiling<\/li>
                5. Users’ data may not be processed in an automated manner so that any decisions could be made about them as a result.<\/li>
                6. Users’ data may be profiled in order to adapt the content and personalize the offer, after their consent.<\/li>
                7. Final provisions<\/li>
                8. The Administrator has the right to make changes to the Privacy Policy, but the rights of Users will not be restricted.<\/li>
                9. Information about the changes will appear in the form of an announcement available on the Website.<\/li>
                10. Matters not regulated in this Privacy Policy shall be governed by the provisions of RODO and the provisions of Polish law.<\/li><\/ol>
